I recently had the pleasure of doing business at Heartland Ford. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive without being pushy. The sales staff especially Hunter, are all knowledgeable about their products and take time to understand customers' needs. The dealership had an impressive inventory to choose from. They are transparent on pricing and financing options and didn't add any hidden surprises or pressure like most dealerships. The management team Ryan and Cody are top-notch, and unlike most dealership managers, they care about the customer and their needs. They were just so happy to take care of my vehicle. They were also very good with the kids that were there. They even took the time to get paper and pen to a special needs child so that he could “put his order in for his car “ and then put it on the wall! That was above and beyond. It made him feel so special and happy! The service was on point and even though they were busy I didn’t have to wait long. Fabulous professional service!!

We had a tire pressure issue when traveling through Heber Springs. Kaitlin, with sales, and the Quick Lane folks were very helpful. They adjusted the tire pressure and got us back on the road. I would go back if I lived in the area.
