Absolutely Amazing Attorney!!!! We were dealing with our child being in a horrible accident and Brandy put us at ease right away. She kept us informed and explained everything completely. Anytime we had a question she was available even after hours and on weekends. She always had our child and our best interest at heart and took the great care of our family. I had to fire Taylor Bartlett 1 day prior to Registration Deadline in 3M CAE Lawsuit. He had not prepared my documents into a cogent case in spite of the fact that I had provided them not 1 but 3 times. He had blended several other Veteran's protected Medical Records into my MDL Centrality file and had no working knowledge of the details of my case.

He refused to provide me a formal notice of Withdrawal and forced me to travel to Birmingham for his firing. Even then he signed a handwritten note in a colored Sharpie. It looked childish and was unprofessional. It might as well have been done in Crayon on a Bar Napkin.

Now HGD has fired him too and he is trying to troll their 3M Clients days before payments are to be issued in both the EIF Settlement and Points based awards as well. His broadcast letter to act as if he has served as anyones "personal attorney" is an embarassment and bad joke.

This Lawyer and the Firm who hired him are an insult to all Attorneys and have made the 3M CAE Settlement the mess that it still is. HGD should refuse to take Veteran's Settlement money and should state publically why they have finally fired this shyster.

Well it has been a while since I've spoken to anyone from your offices but I'm pretty sure you guys have got quite a heavy caseload.

However, the first initial consultation and how quickly paperwork for me to sign was sent through emails and just the last few emails that I've received, I feel that you are taking my case seriously and you are staying on top of it as quickly and as proficiently as your firm can!
So I'm not too concerned if I don't hear from anyone for a few weeks at a time. And since I have previous experience working for a personal injury attorney for four and a half years, I understand that these kinds of cases could take months or even years to settle.

My experience with this Law Firm, was that I was asked to email or send documents in reference to my case, it took approximately two weeks for these attorneys to send a letter stating that negligence cases can be difficult to prove and would take a great deal of work, first of all, I don't see how a bad faith insurance claim could only be described as negligent, You would have to know exactly what the case is called, to know what the case is about, and if this is not your field of practice, you wouldn't know how to litigate, and the impression I received is that you are,only interested in easy cases that settle quickly and out of court, you don't want to litigate them, and you don't litigate cases,you only do cases that have less work and time, and are easy to settle with less work, it shouldn't take two weeks, you should be able to make a decision in a couple of days, not weeks it shouldn't take that long to make your mind up, it was just a waste of time,because I told your coordinator what the case was about, this is absurd, that you have to wait this long, I had spoken to three different attorneys, and they are litigators,and all three were willing to accept the case, and it only took a few days and not weeks, I do not understand your logic and rationale for having potential clients to waste a lot of time, it doesn't make any sense. I regret contacting your Law Firm, it was a huge disappointment and a unnecessary waste of time.

They have stayed in contact. We really haven’t done too much so far, that is all I can say at this time. They communicated by emailing and letting us know what and how to go into our portal and what to do. Many companies may just say you have a request in your portal and that is it. Very thorough and friendly.
