Awesome playground I discovered with my 6 year old daughter while on an adventure weekend. The park is close to the beach, has a clean portable restroom, BBQ, accessible bench and grass to run on. The play structure is a little dated, and weathered by the sand, but has a lot of options and good swings.

Good basic playground. It was updated like 2 years ago so the pictures you see with sand are old. Nice lawn to play on, and 1 or 2 port-a-potties.
Parking is a tad rough though.

Not terribly easy to get to unless you happen to snag one of the very few parking spots, or walk from the neighborhood. But it's a great playground, nice grassy area, and usually clean port-a-potty. (Holiday Weekends beware!) It's a short walk to the beach, but a gnarly climb for kids back UP when the day is done.

Love this little park! Nice playground equip! Swing a bit and play at the beach for a bit! Very small parking area. Long walk to tide line but there is a bench with a beautiful view near the beach. Note many well behaved dogs off leash here.

This place is definitely one of many hidden gems to be discovered, enjoyed, and grateful for on the Santa Cruz coastline.

Last time I was there, my friend and I were fortunate enough to catch a rejuvenating afternoon nap on our picnic blanket in the meadow before dinner.

A very peaceful place indeed with a family friendly and respectful atmosphere

Unfortunately this park is suffering just like most. There's a huge shift in the concrete on the back edge that is very hard to see and constantly catches people off guard. Between the shadows it's nearly invisible. I witnessed a few rolled ankles and a couple trips. The other issue is the lack of a water fountain or a proper bathroom. Be prepared to use a disgusting Porta potty and have way to clean your hands. Bring your own water. The grass was nice and green, I guess the grass is more important than having water for people.
