I ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday that I was not pleased with when it arrived (my own fault for not reading the details.) I returned the arrangement and asked if I could do something different and was willing to pay the difference. Not only did Hidden Treasures create a new arrangement for the same price I paid, they also delivered a second time free of charge. My wife could not be happier with her flowers and it made her day. I will continue to use Hidden Treasures for all of our special occasions and could not recommend them enough! Thank you so much for making her day special!

She went above and beyond for our daughters birthday! We lives hours away, we made a quick last minute call to her and she made sure our daughter got her birthday delivery after school. Great customer service! The lady I spoke to was SO sweet!!! My son wanted to order flowers for his grandmother's birthday, but we live 3 hours away. They've made this an awesome experience and we will be using them again! Oh, and you can't beat the prices as far as I'm concerned... Compared to our area very reasonable! Again thank you!

Hidden Treasures delivered a bouquet of 2 dozen red roses in a vase to me on Saturday 2 days later they were wilting and spotted. Petals were falling off. The small buds had drooped. The water smelled bad. I contacted them and offered to bring it in so they could see it and make it right. I was told to just send pictures. So I sent pictures. In response to the pictures I was told they wouldn't replace the bouquet. They would only do a bouquet with 6 roses. She then said "the amount that was paid wasn't even enough for 2 dozen roses and delivery." When I asked about the bouquet having leaves below water line and blunt cut stems rather than angle cut stems she said none of that mattered. She then said "sometimes their roses just don't last as long as they want them to." If a florist doesn't stand behind their products for longer than 2 days they shouldn't be selling flowers. I contacted my friend for her to dispute the purchase with her credit card because replacing 6 roses was an unacceptable fix for 2 dozen low quality practically dead roses which didn't live even3 full days. I would NOT recommend Hidden Treasures and will make sure anyone sending flowers to me doesn't use them.

I ordered a bouquet that came in a butterfly vase for my sister who loves butterflies and happens to be very sick right now. The arrangement that came was a completely different arrangement. Although she liked what arrived, I was completely disappointed, especially since I marked no substitute on the order.

Not only did they send a different, smaller arrangement, I didn't receive an order confirmation and when I tried calling them, 5 different times, no one ever answered the phone.

This is one florist I will never order from again as they send whatever they feel like sending even though it's not what you ordered or paid for!

Placed an order for a flower arrangement posted to their website. Once the order was finally made and picked up due to being so late delivery was not possible the order did not look like what was pictured. I truly understand when a supplier shorts customers that the substitutions have to be made. Granted my arrangement was not what I expected they were quickly able to give me a refund. I would use them again even though they had supplier issues. They were extremely friendly and prompt even though they were losing a sale. Excellent customer service and friendly people.

I’ve ordered flowers from here 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months and I’ve never had any problems! They didn’t have what I wanted one time but that’s because I ordered the night before and waited too late so that’s my fault but they offered to refund me or deliver a different arrangement of flowers! Super nice and friendly!!
