I had a conversation with John that lasted over an hour, during which I expressed my desire to spend a couple of hours ensuring I was making the optimal decision. Despite this, John encouraged me to initiate the process immediately. He assured me that a brief conversation of just 10 minutes would suffice, yet this never materialized. After more than two hours, I received no contact. My attempts to reach out via email were also met with silence, including my message this morning which went unanswered. The prospect of collaborating with them in the initial stages seems daunting, especially considering the lack of responsiveness. It appears to be another instance of a company not valuing its customers, which is far from my expectations. Ultimately, I feel my time has been wasted.

Bare with me as this will be a long and beyond well deserved review of an upstanding, honest, and genuine SEO company that truly cares about their clients. Something that is extremely hard to come by these days. It all started with seeing a FB ad of Steve and his company. Now if you're like me after being in the business of customer service for many many years, you can just tell when someone is being authentic and genuine from a simple conversation. Now add authenticity and genuinity with real results you create what is so very very important with ANY business, and that is TRUST. The Team at Hozio has not only thus far exceeded my expectations but have been on top of every single aspect that I have brought to their attention and vice versa. I am someone who understands the fundamentals of SEO and what it can do for your businesses online presence but actually implementing the needed actions, that is where I fail. That's where it made sense for us to hire Hozio for our website SEO and GMB management/optimization. Hozio's pricing is absolutely reasonable for both of these services and compared to other companies they do not have a contract. We know because we have tried other companies and have been disappointed and taken advantage of. They are a month to month company which is something that we appreciated from the start. We were very skeptical at first because of our PAST experiences but Steve understood where we were coming from and assured me they would do exactly what they said they would. TJ and Damian in their Google Ads dept for being extremely friendly and thorough throughout the building of our Google Ad campaigns. Amit on the GMB team who was extremely helpful with questions and concerns I had about our GMB listing and the optimization of it. Lastly, Chris on their IT team who helped in getting our website speed up to snuff! As you can see, I do not have one negative thing to say about Hozio in its entirety. To sum this up and to say the least, I absolutely not only recommend Hozio but I encourage you to stop looking for an SEO Company because in Hozio you will not have to look any further. This company has been amazing to work with! When I signed up with them, I had already demoed with 15 other companies (as I have had terrible experiences in the past) and wanted to make sure I got it right this time. Well, I can def say I got it right! One of the owners, John, I started with in the beginning and since have been working with Tyler. The communication has been outstanding, which is huge to me as we were basically starting over in the SEO world. Anytime I want to review something or ask some questions, Tyler answers. Can't say enough good things about this team. we have been through so many seo companies and switched around to so many different people within these companies, each promising the world but flat line on us
But that seems to have stopped with hozio to date they have surpassed everyone we have used
Seo can be a complicated game even if you know what you're doing, so issues can arise, but what makes the difference with hozio is if they didn't find it before me I reach out get answers and real solution asap most time live right infront of my eyes
The only reason I could see anyone having complaints about them is if you didn't try to communicate with them
