I recently stayed here, and had such a great experience. This is a newer hotel, so everything feels fresh, clean, and modern. My room was spotless and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, sweet, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome, and their warmth added a personal touch that you don’t always get at larger hotels.

The location is also a big plus. There are tons of restaurants and stores nearby, so finding a good meal or grabbing something last minute was super convenient.

Overall, I had a wonderful night here and left feeling completely satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with amazing service, the Hyatt Place San Carlos is a great choice!

Really enjoyed our stay! We herein town for a volleyball tournament with the kids and had a wonderful experience, The hotel was comfortable and very clean. I also loved the location and felt very safe. The breakfast was delicious and the kids loved it. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel in the future.

To be clear, this review is just for the restaurant, as we didn't stay at the hotel.

Food was tasty, and the prices were shockingly low considering the quality and portions. Cocktails were well made and didn't skimp, the garnishes were above average for a hotel bar.

Service was fantastic, the bartender was kind, attentive, and swift. High marks all around.

The location is on El Camino so it's close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The room was big and clean and had a sofa bed. There is a complementary buffet type breakfast which is great with children. The best part, though, is the service from the front desk. Daniela and Cecilia were wonderful. They made us feel welcome and special. They made a fuss over the children, answered all our questions and told us about breakfast.

Solid hotel to stay in the bay area for a reasonable price. The room is clean and large. Bathroom has handheld shower. Breakfast is pretty great with fresh, daily changing menu unlike many other similar range of hotels. Gym is small but okay.
Washer / dryer is 4 dollars each and you can get detergents and softer at the front desk.

Had a pleasant stay at this new hotel where it is conveniently located with underground parking. Everything exceeded my expectations. Staff is helpful and kind. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was strong. Complimentary breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. Will be back.

I strongly recommend staying here as it is very clean, in a quiet area, and organized. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. Parking is $10/night, but if you don’t have a car, the hotel is not far from the train station.

I checked in on 10/12 for room 210 located upstairs from the front desk.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was big with a lounge area and kitchen - great!

However, the room was not as clean as it had appeared.

While sitting on the couch, my arm started to itch. I look and a FLEA was jumping on it and caught it between my fingers to show the staff.

They confirmed that the room is pet friendly and were more than understanding of the scenario when I checked out. (hotel was at capacity and did not have any other rooms).

Needless to say, I checked out shortly after.

This is a snapshot of one room at one time. I’m sure it’s a great hotel but room 210 needs to be treated before anyone else books it.
