I have ordered t-shirts for our non-profit group several times with Idea Factory and have had a great experience each time. After sending the art and the text for the shirts, they are quick to send me a mock-up to review. If I need assistance on design or color, they are great with making suggestions but if I have everything in order then the process is super quick. Communication was clear and Dave was quick to get back to me during the process.They are SCV local which is a big plus so I can swing by and pick up my order when ready instead of waiting (and paying) for shipping. The shirts always look good and the prices are very competitive! Recommend!
