We had a terrible experience with this company. The (currrent) 4.7 star rating for iMatrix is shocking given our experience. This business has great salesmen, and the rest is rubbish. I know SEO. I ran my own wordpress site for many years. The team I worked with at iMatrix was clueless. If you work in a competitive market (a large city) look elsewhere if you want it done right. We hired them 2/2024 and our web traffic TANKED. The reasons are too many to list in one review. See the graphic.

Holy hell. If there is a worst place to hire for your SEO agency, I would be hard pressed to find it. They are incompetent and provide bad service. The staff seems to be clueless. Don't hire them if you want to outrank your competition.

Generic, ineffective marketing at best. Delayed communication and non-transparency. Puts you in with hundreds of other accounts and treats your office like a number only to mindlessly spend your ad dollars with no care of results as their attrition rate is made up in volume. Would not recommend.
