Poor website design and lack of communication. We paid Bobby up front for a promised 5-page professional website. What we received is far from professional and is not close to 5 pages. He left generic photos of things that in no way relate to our business. He created a repetitive and unprofessional website. We have asked many times to fix our concerns which he has not done and is now unresponsive. He won't answer our phone calls or text messages. We want a refund and our website to be taken down. We get complaints about our website from customers daily. Do not use this business and if you do, have the work done before you pay him so he doesn't take your money and run. I do not recommend this business at all.

Bob is hands down the best guy to get the job done right for marketing of any kind, as I was a firm believer my company didn't need marketing and could just keep it at word of mouth and small family local veteran owed & operated. To my surprise if you want to keep up with today's sales market better get on board and with someone you can TRUST!!
