Such a lovely space! I was in town for a few weeks and needed a place to host my team and I’m glad we stumbled across Industrious. The facilities were fantastic, clean, and very spacious. Location was even better, we were in close proximity to great food and plenty of subway stops

I was supposed to have a tour of the space, but the manager, Pamela sat us down in the entry way and pitched Industrious to me before I'd even seen the space... Which felt odd to me so I let her know, in what I thought was a helpful tone that it would be more effective for her to show me the space first before trying to sell it to me. She then thanked me for my feedback and asked me to email her supervisors that suggestion. I replied that writing an email would be unpaid work for me, so it made more sense for her to be the one to forward my suggestion. Then I asked to begin the tour while standing up, which I admit may have seemed impatient but I had just caffeinated and taken my add meds and wanted to move. This is when Pamela said she wouldn't be conducting the tour because I was being rude. I was completely shocked because I thought we had a friendly rapport up until then, so I asked her what exactly was rude about my behavior and instead of working out whatever miscommunication happened, she said that I was now causing a scene and had to leave, so I did. It was such a bizarre and unpleasant experience.
