I can't recommend Innbo Furniture enough.  I felt so at home when I walked into the store.  They let me test and ask all my questions without me feeling rushed and was even willing to come in on an off day to let me see the couches.  They honored a discount pricing for me even after the priced increased a week later when I actually bought it.  In addition, they told me of a slight damage that I might have never even noticed and gave me an additional discount when they installed and delivered it to my place 100 miles away.  A year later, when I was rearranging my couch, one of the screws stripped.  They had the manufacture shipped me new screws that arrived within a few days!  Compare to the dozen of other places I went to that I felt were trying to take advantage of me, this place and the level of customer service is a rare find.  When you spend a large sum on a piece of furniture, you want to look at it content and have assurance that it was a good purchase.  My experience with Joel and his team made me love my purchase even more.  Recommend!!

Working with Tia and Joel at Innbo has truly been the best customer experience we've ever had in buying furniture and setting up a new home. Tia has helped us totally transform the living room and sunroom by providing the best and most appropriate rugs and furniture, and her perfect design suggestions have certainly improved the room decor and arrangement. She's enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and patient ,and she always takes the time to make sure we are happy with our choices. She and Joel have created a showroom of great furniture that's always a pleasure to visit, And, best of all, when it comes time for delivery and installation, Joel and his staff take the time to make sure that you're completely satisfied. We're very happy to have found Innbo and only wish we had the chance to work with Tia and Joel when we first arrived in the area.

Innbo is a great store! The new owners worked with Rick, the previous owner, and have retained the dedication to good service and great furniture. I have a Stressless Admiral chair (from 2006!) and the footstool had some issues. I brought it in on a Saturday a week or so ago and these kind people fixed it for free, This is a real lifetime warranty, not something where you mail it off at your expense and wait 6-8 weeks. I recommend this store to anyone thinking of furniture.

I would give them more stars if I could!! I bought a Stressless office chair from them just recently, and was blown away by the high level of customer service they provided. The owner generously met me half way in Columbia, SC, since I reside in Charleston, SC. When I got home, I noticed the chair wasn’t working properly. One of the joints wasn’t connecting properly. The owner spent over thirty minutes with me on the phone trying to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fix the issue. He then offered to have a local dealer fix the issue, but instead I preferred to just set up a return. The owner drove almost four hours to pick up the chair!!! Four hours!!! If that’s not good customer service, then I don’t know what is these days.. He came with a beautiful brown chair, and offered it as a replacement. I took him up on it, and he took the other chair back with him. If you’re ever in need of an office chair, look no further than this dealer. They were amazing!!!

Excellent experience and very happy with our Admiral and Wave Chairs. Owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable of their product line and finding you the "best fit" for your comfort. Customer service and price point is difficult to beat. Would highly recommend.

Visited Innbo Furniture on a whim - this was hands down the best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had! The Stressless furniture is extremely comfortable and beautiful, and the quality was outstanding.
