They truly lived up to their name—because they didn’t just build me a custom vanity, they inspired My Vanety. ✨ From the designer to the builder, every single person on the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly talented. The process was seamless—the follow-through was exceptional, the communication was clear, and the timeline was nothing short of perfect. In a world where it’s hard to find businesses that not only deliver but exceed expectations, Inspired Closets stands out as one of the rare ones. Working in such an elevated, beautifully crafted space has been a game-changer for me both personally and professionally. I can't say enough about our recent experience with inspired closets. Our consultant, Demi made the whole process so easy from design to install and follow up. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. We like the fact that it is a local Arizona company and they were able to do our install fairly quickly. They worked with our budget to make our builder-grade closet look so much better and it is so much more functional! We love our new closet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Inspired Closets! My husband and I are so happy with our 2 custom walk-in closets and laundry room. We reached out to 3 companies to work on our project and ended up choosing Inspired Closets. Designer Daniel Brown was professional, knowledgeable, and understood what we were trying to achieve. He is the reason why we were sold on Inspired Closets. During our discovery meeting, he measured our closets and created a rending on the spot. He presented his ideas and we changed it based on what we thought our needs/wants were. He also showed features that we didn't even know were possible (valet bars, jewelry drawers, etc...) He also brought over sample pieces of colors and woods that we could use. We also went to the show room in Tucson to see the quality of the closets and was impressed. Daniel communicated updates throughout the whole process and was wonderful to work with. The installation team was also great, they were respectful of our home and did not leave a mess behind. They were awesome. We will definitely use Inspired Closets again.

Extremely disappointing experience. We signed a contract and paid 50% on April 1st with a promised 6–8 week completion — the project wasn’t done until June 30. Communication was poor throughout. We weren’t informed that certain color choices would cost more during design. When they did the installation, our closet door handles were delayed an additional 4 weeks with no communication prior to the install date. We had to call the head office and ask for temporary handles (which they were not going to provide automatically). They didn’t schedule our project properly, and we had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. The installer left screws on the floor (dangerous with crawling babies), and played loud music in our home with young children napping and parents working from home. When a different installer returned at a later date, they hadn’t been told that the shelves needed adjusting, and even forgot to finish knob replacements in the bathroom until prompted. Would not recommend given the price point and consistent poor communication. Will not use again

Thank you Inspired Closets!!! The entire experience was great. From initial design concepts, the guy who came out to measure and the install team, they are all top notch employees. We love our new closet and so happy with Inspired Closets.

Inspired Closets Tucson designed and installed a closet system in my master bedroom closet. Dan came to my house to discuss my needs and options. He did a fabulous job of designing the perfect functional system for me. Brandon installed the system and went above and beyond to keep my bedroom and closet area clean and organized during the installation process. The system looks beautiful, is high quality and solid! I would highly recommend Inspired Closets Tucson.

Very disappointed with how this process took place with Inspired Closets. After I signed and gave a 50% deposit they sent out another person to measure. They did their measuring and started making suggestions to change a couple of things. From that time forward a miscommunication took place and the price of the project then changed. They charged me extra on closets that had no changes needed and already installed. I questioned it and of course they had an answer for everything. They claimed the measurements were off and that’s why I was charged extra.Then I was told it’s because a shelf needed to be permanently attached and it was a removable shelf…All After The Fact it was already installed and finished. There were also changes made to the third project Per their suggestion. Details on this project were not properly disclosed after the second and final measurements were done. With that being said. The main factors in the One Star is miscommunication. I was willing to spend an additional amount but not anything near what they wanted which was another $925.00 suggested. Also, one star given for how my project sat unfinished and things misplaced in my home nearly two months. It took more than 4 weeks to hear back and another 4 weeks to cut four boards that the guy said they could cut in one day. When they finally called to come out and repair/replace the hinges on one of the installed self closing systems which slammed loudly. I advised their scheduling person I was filling out an ROC complaint for non completion of my project so I waited and gave them the opportunity to finish..Four days later I hear back. The boards to finish that last project were already here and paid for which could have been used to complete my project. It took another four weeks to cut four pieces of board to finish. The two times they called to come out they gave me a less than 24 hours notice. When they finally showed up to finish the installer said there was a problem and it was not measured correctly and a piece was left off of a board which exposed the pressed wood and he would have to come back… I said make it work because I want this to be over and he cut the piece and finished the job in about an hour. They took their time to finish. This felt like it turned into buying a Used Car. Saving a few dollars was NOT worth the headache or time it took. Love our closet! We created some extra storage area in our bathroom and needed an attractive space efficient system for it and Inspired Closets delivered. Daniel was the best! Great recommendations on color and hardware.
