Extremely disappointed to be notified via email that our subscription had been downgraded to basic. No returned phone calls; only email response to sign up for a demo to see pricing. I requested a phone call and never received one. Highly recommend they receive customer service training. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Long time user and company owner who purchases this for all of my technicians. They are downgrading our service despite our prepayment for the year and it's 4x the price to keep our existing plans. From $2,400 to $10,000. All through an email that was written like we were winning a prize. Disgusting business practice.

I seen this app in the app store for the first time and thought it was a wonderful idea and a great way to learn but as i navigated through the app on the meta quest I couldnt move past the first introduction videos in every course it would start with a video and after it ended you could only rewind that same video instead of moving forward so i figured since the app was free i probably just needed to be under a subscription so i purchased a $49.99 a month which is actually the cheapest subscription by the way and it still doesn’t load anything after first video this app shouldnt have a place on the VR store if they cant figure out bugs like this

This is recommended by NATE for exams. There was a list of courses to check out on NATE website and Interplay website matches the same courses. I reviewed all the courses listed from Interplay and went to take the test. There were plenty of questions that did not have answers on any courses listed for learning. If I had to pay for a subscription to learn, the learning experience should align with the exam taken. I cannot recommend this product to anyone whom is following the courses for the exam. I practically donated the exam fee without free retake thinking I found a goldmine with interplay. What a shame.

Edited: apparently the school is responsible for providing the link. Awful service. They said the product would be here in 24-48 hours. It’s not and there is nothing they can do. Do NOT recommend. Good luck if you have to deal with this company. HVAC student.

Interplay Learning is a key component to our in-house training. We use the Welcome Assessment to develop a learning development plan for new hires and the individual tracks for classroom instruction and individual growth. The NATE and Amana connections are icing on the cake for us. I give it 5 stars and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on top of technical development of their team!

"Interplay Learning" has been so helpful to me (esp. w/ helping with my Epa "preparation/learning/knowlege"). The virtal "learning/drills" is a great plus that the program has, as well. Also; The "lecture/information" is not difficult to "Comprehend/Understand."
