Jack in the Box

What is up with the bad reviews? This place is new. My order came out normally fast. Like less than 5mins. Price is good. Burger patties is big enough for one. It's nice and clean, big windows. Love it. Workers are friendly and kind. I'm glad my little town got a jack in the box.

Rude employees, drive thru line is always long and when you finally get up to order you still have to wait to order. Never enough employees at night especially when dashers have dashes and task to complete. As a dasher I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive thru line no kore 10 mins, because of how long this line is constantly and the wait I miss out on other dashes. Currently sitting in the drive thru line for about 30 mins now.

The only reason why I gave the service 4 stars is because it's all brand new staff who's being bombarded at a newly opened popular fast food restaurant so it can take some time to get your order and there's a chance that it may be incorrect. With that being said I have never had employees or managers go out of their way more to make it right and apologize. So that one missing star is just due to it being new and insanely busy but I have no doubt with the staff that they have and from what I've seen /experienced to be exemplary work ethic it will be five stars in no time!

We are the only ones here and spent over an 1 hour on getting a simple order. Please hire better workers these women are lazy and just talk the whole time. There’s the same problem with other people and I want to speak on their behalf. Fire these people and hire people that are actually fast and efficient for the sake of Chowchilla.

Unfortunately, I cannot Rate the food cause I haven’t eaten here yet. The place is clean The atmosphere is nice I do DoorDash, I pick up orders here but I get treated like Second class citizen I don’t know it’s because other Dashers did something to them or they think we are not real customers. Anyways, it’s still better than McDonald’s

currently waiting in line for the past 30 min no exxageration if you want to go to jack in the box in chowchilla i suggest u fill up your gas tank cause your gonna sit in the line foreverrrrrrr literally like 15 minutes per car and im stuck in line if not i would of left a long time ago!!!

Every time I go, it's always a long wait (over 15mins). There should be more than 2 people working the night shift. They forgot my wings, drink, and sauces, I went back to get it, and they brought everything, even an extra burger, except for my drink! It's a shame because I genuinely enjoy Jack in the Box, but my experience here is far below my expectations.

I used the online ordering app which said my order would be ready at 11:40 a.m. I entered the location at 11:45 a.m.. I sat there for 25 minutes watching three employees and a manager working like turtles. Nobody in the restaurant had any food and there was a doordash lady that said she was 15 minutes late to her customer. I watched the manager go in the back office, surf her phone, disappear etc, instead of helping getting orders out. There were bags piled up on the counter that seemed they just needed drinks. There's a lot of horrible mismanagement going on. They need a lot of motivation in that Jack in the Box location! That was absolutely ridiculous. After all that the food was cold and service was terrible. At least put a smile on your face. Do not respond to this to reach out and how disappointed you are. You see by the reviews it's an ongoing problem and you are doing nothing. We are reaching out by leaving reviews. You need to reach out to the location and get this handled!
