Where to begin... My wife was talented and fortunate enough to win the essay contest for a sitting with Jamey and her staff, and at first I was at best ambivalent, having never really considered having a family portrait made. However, from the moment we arrived in the studio I was excited and completely floored with the level of talent and professionalism. Jamey must subscribe to the idiom "never toot your own horn" because I had to find out for myself by asking her partners that she's shot portraits for a wide range of wealthy and famous people, including Puff Daddy. Her studio is testament enough, with examples of her talent completely absorbing my attention, one after the other.
The entire experience was pure pleasure, and a day the whole family will always remember. The hardest part of it all was narrowing down and choosing our final pose from all the tremendous options Jamey created. It was almost awkward seeing how great we all looked, and it was nothing compared to the magic she crafted with our final portrait. We have been incredibly excited to get and install our portrait and simply could not be happier. My wife stated this portrait will forever be one of her few most cherished possessions and I could not agree more. We are so thankful we crossed paths with Jamey and would whole-heartedly and without any reservation recommend her to anyone wanting a truly world-class portrait made. Five stars is not quite enough!

Jamey Reed is a miracle worker! I have been impressed from top to bottom. Her studio is beautiful and filled with any chair and background you could ever want. Her mannerisms and interactions with my girls could not have been sweeter. She got some of the most beautiful shots of my family, including my shy one !! I could not recommend her more. She will provide you with portraits and photos you will cherish forever !

My family has worked with Jamey Reed on multiple occasions from newborn photos, to family sessions, and headshots. Jamey is amazing. Her portraits are the highest quality. She knows posing for every body type and is great at getting beautiful shots of everyone from babies to grandparents. She goes out of her way to make your entire experience at her studio welcoming and comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you choose Jamey as your photographer.

Jamey is absolutely the best in her field, and all of the pieces she has created for me are priceless! Not only is Jamey an amazing artist, she is so kind, thoughtful, and genuine. She made my daughter (4 years old) so comfortable, and we got many beautiful pictures. I will never go to annyone else for my family portraits!

I love Jamey. She is a very warm and caring person. She makes you know how special you are from the minute you talk to her. All of this helps to make you and your family feel relaxed and ready for your photos. After the wonderful photo shoot, she has you come into her large studio and sit in a special viewing room to see the portraits. That was a great experience as well. You can see life size projections of the photos and decide the images you want. All in all, I would highly recommend Jamey Reed for all your portraits.

I had an opportunity to collaborate with Jamey a recent holiday photo project. She was the consummate professional. My family lives in Nashville, but traveled two years in a row to participate in the Santa experience. The sessions were truly magical! Jamey Reed is wonderful with the children and always makes them smile. The session gives children one on one time with Santa unlike any other. Santa knew specific things about each child (toy wish, interest, etc.) that made the experience even more magical for them. This has truly been a highlight of our holiday season. I will treasure the photos and memories for years to come!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience had at Jamey Reed Fine Art. From the moment we walked in, everything was truly decadent. Jamey and her assistant Betty were exceptional with both of my children (ages 2 and 7 months). I was nervous about the kids not cooperating but they walked us through everything and had plenty of toys for the kids to interact with. Jamey made sure to explain things to my 2 year old in a way that he could understand and let him feel special by having him as her special helper. I loved the opportunity to choose our portrait while there during the same day. We received our finished portrait less than a month later and couldn’t be more thrilled. The whole process catered to our family and Jamey is such a kind, caring person. We highly recommend!
