JB's over the last twenty plus years has done some personal work for me making hats , vests for me . Have also made up awards to be given to special people .the staff are very helpful Aaron and Jim have helped me every time JB'S is on main street sometimes parking is hard the store is one of the older building on main,

Our experience with JB's was 5 star! They provided a beautiful product, the order was delivered quickly and their customer service was amazing. The best part of working with them was when I received the order of custom mugs, I accidentally broke one and they replaced it and overnighted it in less the 24 hours.

Aaron May made the design and production process for the memorial plaque for my father ultra-simple. There was no haggling, or difficulty of any kind. I did not have to worry about anything other than clearly explained options that were open to me. His prices are very reasonable compared to other firms that I had investigated. People at the dedication of the award consistently remarked about the quality of the plaque dedicated to my father. It was a pleasure doing business with JB's Awards and I would strongly recommend this shop to any Amador County area entity who is interested in providing a first-class memorial related to an event, a firm, or a loved one.

I ordered a plague from a printed out phone pic. It turned out amazing. Jim gave me a date for the proof, had it on that date. Great customer service from Jim. Had the plague in a weeks time.
