15 min late. If we were late we’d be charged. I was so irritated. We came with a 1 year old that couldn’t sit still as it is. And waiting for another family to finish during our appointment time was ridiculous. Oh and then we had to wait for
Her to edit the other families pictures. Terrible time management.

Our canvas frame was broken. I won’t show the front because they’re my children but it also wasn’t stretched out or pulled correctly because there were creases in the corner of the canvas.. such a disappointment.

Terrible customer service from Jessica on 12/23 @ 9 am.

Ive been coming to this location every year for my photos- multiple times a year, for the last 9 years.

Me and my daughter had a photo session scheduled for 9:15 a.m.- I arrived at 9:17. No one was at the counter so I poked my head to the side and Jessica comes out from a studio room. She seemed to be helping the photographer with a session. Her first words after asking what time my session is was "It's 9:20, we can let take you, we're implementing a 5 minute late policy for today and tomorrow".

My questions to her were "Why was this not mentioned during the confirmation call yesterday?" and "Why was no one at the counter upon my arrival?" She proceeded to sigh and repeat over and over what she said previously- dismissing me and showing no care of this situation. No recommendations, no answers to my questions, nothing.

I'd like to mention- that even if I were there 2 minutes earlier. Both studios were in the middle of photo sessions- so they've wouldn't have even been able to take me back to start. By the time she checked me in- they still wouldn't have been done and I would've still had to wait. They were definitely already running be behind as it was! I've come to realize she canceled my appt to catch them up. I am 100% I was not 5 minutes late and her attitude toward the situation was unacceptable. When we work, we choose what we do. Whether it is a busy season or not, I am always thorough at my job and have much more compassion and a positive attitude than Jessica. What a let down for this portrait studio.

We had a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this place for affordable portraits. My husband and I had a blast! Jessica, THANK YOU! The pictures are absolutely beautiful and your positive energy made the session so much fun.

JESSICA! Omg Jessica our photographer was AMAZING! We did an awkward family photoshoot and she was so good! She made it so fun and helped us with poses. She literally made the experience 1,000 times better we were laughing the whole time. I barely get to see my family because I’m military so moments like that are so important to me & Jessica made it so special. They were running a little behind and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Other customers were being super rude to her and she was handling it so well and professionally. Jessica if you’re reading this we appreciate you and all your hard work!

Got lost trying to find the portrait studio being told the wrong directions by a store associate. Our appointment was at 530 and we arrived at 534. They stated they started a new policy due to the holidays over the past week that anyone 5 minutes or later would be cancelled and have to reschedule. Of course no proper notice was given due to this new “policy” such as a phone call prior to the appointment or email. Instead you’re told once you check in. Very unprofessional

This place is a joke. Dont waste your time here. Me and my wife went for newborn photos and 2 young girls were there no older then 16. They had no clue how to use a camera and took 45 mins to take 3 photos because the camera wasnt working correctly for them then at the end they came up to us and said they lost the photos they need to retake the pictures after we already waited 2 hours. We ended up just taking our losses and walking out. The waiting room was litterd with trash and everything was horrendously dirty in there. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place.
