We had a wonderful time in the watercolor workshop with Jo-Ann. We decided to do something different and organized a workshop at my home. 3 women; we had nurturing and fulfilling self-exploration. After all when was the last time you did something for yourself, outside of family and children. Jo-Ann is a very patient and dedicated teacher. From the moment I entered the space, I could feel a cleansing, a release of energy. The chakra meditation along with the crystal singing bowls was both calming and healing. The vibrations resonated at my heart center and throat chakra. I could see colors of purple, green, yellow, and white. Crying is one way I release blocked energy. This flow happened during the sound bath and during the soul collage process. Jo-Ann has a calm presence and is a gentle experienced facilitator. I highly recommend a personal and/or group workshop with Jo-Ann.
