Juan is a decent and honest guy. He and his team are wonderful to work with. Juan and his team are very professional. I hired them to fix and paint the outdoor wood trim around the house, plus doors and balcony. He did a good job. Very responsive. Hired Juan and crew to finish off a popcorn removal job in my condo. Gave me the best quote by far and was able to knock out sanding, spray texturing (orange peel) and painting in under 3 days. Overall results are great! Really happy with the quality of work for the price. He patched up a few nasty spots and addressed my concerns with specific areas that needed some extra He always ensure to cover everything in the house and cleaned up before leaving everyday, which is a big deal considering my HOA is very picky. Definitely recommend!
