The first impression wasn’t the best at the beginning. I walked it alittle before 2pm for my appointment and there was no one at the front. The two girls were in the back just chatting and I was just standing there for 5 minutes as they can clearly see me due to there being a window in the back that looks out into the salon. I’m pretty sure they saw me standing there for so long but if they didn’t they should be checking to make sure no one is standing there or some random person walks in. Thankfully this third girl with glasses walks in and helps me. She was the only one that made me feel somewhat welcomed.

However Kati did an amazing job on my hair and the price was great. I would just say they should work on being more welcoming and be aware if there’s a customer standing at the front waiting to be help instead of just “chatting.”

I always wanted to try Kate Lane Salon because it’s so cute! And I’m so lucky I did because everyone is amazing there especially Kati, my stylist. Not only is she super sweet and stylish but she is the best at everything. She does the perfect golden beachy highlights and color. Plus she cuts and styles my hair perfectly. From the minute I walked in I was taken away by how beautiful and comfortable the space was. I was immediately welcomed and my wonderful stylist Senna got to work. Senna did such an incredible job and made my inspiration come to life! I absolutely loved getting to chat with her while she worked magic on my hair. One of my favorite salons! I’ve had cuts, extensions, and many - MANY blow outs here. Love the vibe, love all the girls - obsessed with the owner. This isn’t the type of salon full of the “mean-girl” energy - IYKYK. These girls hype you up and make you feel like a gorgeous rock star the second you walk in, and even have you believing it by the time you walk out. Can’t recommend Kate Lane salon enough!
