We've been going to Kathleen for a couple of years now, most recently we had Fresh 48 and Newborn sessions done. For both sessions, Kathleen made us feel so comfortable and was extremely professional. Kathleen had an awesome setup for parents and siblings in her studio - Disney+, snacks, drinks, a sofa to relax and nurse, among other things.  Kathleen took her time and ensured we captured every pose we had in mind. We did not have to bring anything to our shoot as Kathleen provided everything. We had peace of mind knowing everything was sanitized and clean. Kathleen was so patient, kind, and gentle with our toddler and newborn. We are so happy with our photos and are so glad we had Kathleen take them. There is no one else we would trust.

Kathleen is beyond extraordinary! My little muppet is a very photogenic and Kathleen manages to capture her spirit and joy in every picture! I appreciate every session that we have had with Kathleen and look forward to our next holiday pictures and our annual Father’s Day picture! Although my muppet is photogenic, she’s also an active 2 year old, so just as I thought we probably did not get many good pictures, Kathleen surprises me every time with wide variety of poses! And that was just with one kid! 4 years later, Kathleen continues catching the beauty and splendor of my rambunctious 6 year old and her little sibling.

I can’t recommend Kathleen enough. My husband and I are adoptive parents. Kathleen was on the adoption journey with us, joining us in the hospital, twice before our daughter was born, then taking our newborn photos with our girl. She has also taken family photos that include us and our daughter's birth family twice. Kathleen’s talent is a given; it’s apparent to anyone who looks at her photos. But what you don’t see is what she gives to her clients. Adoption photos, especially fresh 48 photos with birth mamas, require so much more sensitivity and care than normal newborn photos. Taking family photos that include both adoptive and birth family requires understanding the family dynamic and the open adoption. She has handled every situation with love, kindness and grace, treating every person in the room with respect and putting thought into how to capture photos that would be special for all parties. For our daughter’s newborn photos, she thought about ways to honor her birth parents in the photos, as well as ways to bring my mother, who passed away a few years ago, into the shoot. For our family photos, she makes sure to capture photos that everyone will treasure in all of their own ways. I promise you that Kathleen will deliver gorgeous photos. But if you have any sort of special family circumstance, I can attest that she will treat it with respect and care and leave you all feeling so valued as clients and humans.

I've been photographed by Kathleen on several occasions now, and I'll keep coming back to her for more. I'm usually really awkward in photos, but Kathleen knows how to put me at ease and capture me in a way that makes me so happy. She gets me out of my comfort zone of awkwardness, and gets unbelievable smiles and laughs out of me! Because of her, I've got great headshots, candids, and brand photos as well. I've been able to use Kathleen's work as my work profile pictures, for business Instagram photos, and more. She took the time to get to know me as a person and what I'm doing for my brands, and went above and beyond bringing ideas to help me represent myself authentically. She's amazing to work with, and she is always willing to answer questions and give outfit and styling recommendations. Bonus - her website, products, and gallery are easy to navigate. I couldn't recommend Kathleen's services more!

I knew after my daughter's birth that I wanted photos captured of my second time going through labor and delivery. Kathleen gave me so much privacy and respected my wishes. She let me take the lead the whole day. I didn't even know that she was there! Childbirth is so magical and having someone capture those moments not only took the pressure off of my husband and me to take them, but they gave us a way to look back and remember our son's birth forever.
