Got a bucket of 8 pieces of chicken and 2 sides of mashed potatoes for $23.? Unfortunately they only had one piece of extra crispy left :( that one piece was great lol the others, not so much lol. Was given cutlery and napkinsstaff was friendly.

Chicken was hot and fresh. Potatoes was seasoned and biscuit was even good. I will be going back there soon. This is what's left out of a four piece only cause I was driving!

It was 9:26, and they told me they didn’t have any more chicken. But close at 10. I feel like they didn’t want to drop the chicken.

Yes it's there prerogative to set rules in there business. But 98% of all shooting happen in gun free zones. I'll not give up my 2nd amendment right or safety and they dont get my business.

Placed order at 4:45 and they said it would be ready at 5:10. Been sitting inside since then and still waiting. Now 6:00 and food is finally ready, upon arrival the manager was trying to go home for the day, knowing she was short staffed, and knowing my order was late. She apologized and said it would be 16 min. I then asked its already been 25 minutes since I placed my order and they were serving drive thew instead of getting my order together. She left the store and had a huge bag of food to take home with her. Another man has been has also been waiting for 45 min threw drive threw. They need a new manager who will stay when short handed until everything is running smoothly.

Got orders wrong, food quality was not there. Could of used a good cleaning tables look fine. Overhead light in dining area full of dead bugs

Worst of the worst. We got two meals they said they were out of slaw. The biscuits so hard and dry couldn’t eat them. The chicken was the same. Must have been there all day. Employee served us was rude We will never waste money on them again. Threw it all away.

The K.F.C. IN WEST HELENA IS TERRIBLE! NOT CLEAN TOOK 30 MINUTES TO GET A CHICKEN SANDWICH AND A 2 PIECE DINNER OF CHICKEN # 2 on menu out of drinks nothing but tea and no Ice..this was a bad place to eat from please check on your business before you don't have on service stations CHICKEN 100% better.thats a shame staff not friendly. WAS TOLD AFTER CALLING THEY DON'T TAKE ORDERS ON THE PHONE !!!!⚠️
