RAW FOOD served here. I immediately called the store but was automatically directed to the corporate office.
You would think after leaving a message about raw food being served there that morning, like a whole tray of cinnamon rolls, someone would have called back. How many other people did they serve these two that morning? Both my boyfriend and I bit into this thing and said yeah, no. this is flat-out uncooked and raw.

Update: bathrooms are still not kept clean

Oh by the way, there is shit on the floor in the female bathroom for the last month that no one seems to notice and everyone keep stepping on.....

UPDATE bathrooms are still unkept

i’ve gone here twice and the first time they didn’t have any donuts at like 11am and then i went yesterday and the reg glazed was probably old or something idk bc the glaze was completely wet and soaked into the doughnut and the dough itself was extremely dry. expensive doughnuts when you could have better tasting ones at safeway for $1. i’ve had krispy kreme before but this one absolutely sucks. you can even see in the picture that those are not what they’re supposed to look like at all.

Donuts were bomb as usual. Girl up front was super nice and picked out the best donuts!
They were for employee appreciation day and my boss sent me to get a dozen and I had no idea what to pick so when she asked I said pick whichever are your favorites and everyone at work loved them!
Decently priced and fast service!

The store smelled of rancid oil, but I chocked it up to the unclean floors and how old the building looks. The "Hot Now" sign was on, which is what drew us in, however there was only cold (rancid oil tasting) bad versions of the great donut I grew up with. One young lady was having to hold down the fort, as the two men working there apparently couldn't lift a finger to help her. We had ordered mochas to go with our donuts, but she was so busy selling donuts to other customers that we never received our mochas. Both men came over and she told them she needed help getting them made, but they just walked away and ignored her request. Never Again! Not at this location!

I just wanted to specifically thank Loki for being so nice. She needs to be recognized for going above and beyond. We need more people like her in this world!

Raw dough nuts , waisted money time and gas. And the whole family is disappointed and ruined day... just dangerous for health raw eggs are used to make dough nuts... raw dough can lead to salmonella, e. Coli and bird flu which recently there is an epidemic... hopefully we won't get sick!!!

We Love Krispy Kreme and we're excited to discover this new location that's actually closer to our home. We purchased a dozen glazed donuts and it dozen filled donuts. The glazed donuts were fresh and delicious but we were very disappointed with the lack of filling in our cookies and cream donut. As you can see in the photo the filling was smaller than a small marble. The strawberry shortcake filled donut was only filled about a quarter of the way full but the New York cheesecake filled donut was up to par and was delicious. We are excited to know that this place is here now and we hope that next time we come back the donuts are filled properly. I purchased the cookies and cream donut as a gift for my fiance and we were very disappointed to find that it did not have hardly any inside after I drove it four and a half hours north to my home. The filled donuts are a little pricey so it would be nice to get what we pay for.
