Hiring is everything to a project's success and employing Kristen as a copyeditor was the best decision I made for my book. She elevated my writing to the next level and was thoughtful and thorough throughout. Kristen gave my project the same attention as if it were her own and has a knack for consistency, industry trends, grammar, and the foresight to think of the project as a whole while staying specific to the details of each and every sentence. Kristen is communicative, positive, supportive, and had great ideas for marketing and where I could go next. She delivered exactly what I asked for and gave me so much more. I'm hiring her for anything and everything I do!

Kristen is a dream to work with!! I originally reached out to her because I had seen a website she designed for Sparkle Tafao and I really loved so many of the elements on it; I felt that her style would translate really well to a project I was working on for Doll + Rocket. Working with her was so easy, she addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions...it was my first website from scratch so I had a lot of them. Honestly, I enjoy working with her so much she is now my first point of contact in my consulting business for all my clients needs. I honestly can't say enough amazing things about her.

After two attempts at trying to make my own website, I decided to look for a Web Designer and came across Kristen Lem's reviews and checked out her website. I was impressed by the visual body of work on her gallery of sites she had created. After speaking with Kristen, I knew I wanted to hire her to work her magic! She keeps you updated on regular basis with edits and pages she is working on, so you know what is going on at each phase of the website being built. She has created not only my company's website, but I decided to work with her again on the website for a podcast that I co-host:). Check it out for yourself: healthhasnofinishline dot com.

Kristen is AMAZING. If you are looking for a one stop shop for someone who can guide you along and making things look great while always in communication with you then she's your girl. I had no clue what I was asking for except I knew I needed a website for my coaching business. She helped ask me the right questions which helped both my website and my self to have a clear picture of what we are trying to do. She took my ideas and offered suggestions and gave me resources for other things I needed since she has such a strong network from all her experience in what she does. Side note, her writing is really top notch. I did my own writing, but the little snippets of her touch are probably my favorite stand out things on the site!

Having had her design one of our co-host's business sites - healthhasnofinishline dot com - so beautifully, we naturally reached out to Kristen when the time came to build a site showcasing our work on the Real Motherhood Podcast! Kristen kept in regular contact with us on the website's progress every step of the way, and made the changes and additions we discussed to get us to the final site! Check out her work for yourself: realmotherhoodpodcast dot com !

There's not much that Kristen can't and isn't open to doing. From super straight and narrow technical writing, to logo creation, branding and desktop publishing, her talent bandwidth is excellent! She is a great communicator, collaborator and really listens to your project needs.

Kristen is da bomb! Great writer. First time, she understood our project, worked fast and delivered same day! Excellent work, and we'll use her again for sure.
