First time hiring Alicia, and I am beyond pleased with the finished product and the whole process. I work for a local government agency, and as part of my due diligence, I requested quotes from 5 different local graphic designers before choosing Lala Design. I was immediately drawn to Alicia's clean and vibrant style, as exhibited in her portfolio, and her price could not be beat. After I provided Alicia with the text content, style guide, and general instructions for designing a multi-page booklet, she returned a first draft only a week later. This draft exceeded all my expectations, and in fact needed only minor changes. She had delivered a product that was very close to what I had hoped for, right on the first try. Her prompt responses and delivery were consistent throughout the 2 months that we were in correspondence. Alicia was also adaptable in performing extra work that was not in the original scope of work I requested, and for a very fair additional price. All in all, highly recommend, and I will certainly be hiring her again.
