Ordered a tonneau cover and was told it would arrive within 2 days. 6 days later it finally came in. The sales person also said it required a tailgate seal kit, so they added it to the price and paid cash for the purchase. I later found out that the seal kit isn't necessary so I asked for a refund. I was told that I would receive a check in the mail since they don't keep cash at the store. It would have been easier and faster to purchase on-line.

The whole experience of shopping through instillation was very easy and problem free. I am pleased with all my dealings with Leonard Truck Outfitters. The truck bed cover is what I envisioned having when I bought the truck in 2024. Plus getting a 10 year warranty included is a bonus. Not the cheapest cover around but when you factor in the quality, customer service, and warranty its a fair deal.

This place is the best place to go for truck accessories. Just ordered a new teanue cover and window guides for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma.

Had Leonard do a sprayin bedliner on my new truck. They did an excellent and very professional job. It looked like it came from the factory.

I'm not from the area, but I was passing through last week on my way back from Kinston and decided to stop as I was looking for a landscaping utility trailer. Chris Murphrey met me outside and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him I needed some time to think it over, and he did not pressure me to make a purchase at all. He gave me his business card and said I could call him if I had any questions, and he would be there if I decided to move forward. After sleeping on it, I decided to buy the 6x10 mesh sided utility trailer from them. Even though this location was quite a ways out of my way, I decided to go back to them as they were very professional and helpful, and took the time to carefully answer my many questions. I would highly recommend them if you're in the hunt for a good quality utility trailer. They set me up with the right size dropper drawbar and even got it all hitched it up while I was doing the paperwork! I would not hesitate to go out of my way to do business with them again. I felt like they had my best interest in mind and set me up with the right trailer for my needs.
