I love this Nook Light Grey bench. It looks amazing in my small kitchen space. The quality of the product is great. Seating cushions are firm, sturdy and comfortable. This bench has been on my wish for quite some time. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this product.

Terrible customer service, just the typical run around via automated phone system. Tried unsuccessfully in getting replacement hardware as what came with the furniture was missing several types and quantities of bolts, etc. Do not recommend.

Great customer service, I have zero complaints. I called they replaced a part, called back as I had issues with another part that was related to the repair and they shipped it out asap. They are a great company that takes care of their customers.
