Nick at LLOBE Design combines flexibility with precision in a way that was ideal for us as we were getting ready to launch a new website. Further it is worth noting, my partners and I are on different continents and Nick was ALWAYS available, my only concern is if he actually sleeps. Nick also guided us on some design choices we had not even thought about, so I really appreciated his professional guidance.

Finally I will add LLOBE's pricing was very competitive, not cheap but the best bang for the buck, we saw in the market. I would highly recommend LLOBE for any web or mobile design and implementation work you need. I have never worked with a better web design firm than LLOBE.

After considering a plethora of companies to help us develop our initial website, Nick @ LLOBE had made it into our top 3. Nick's terms and pricing were BOTH far better than the rest of the competition. We couldn't lose. He came across to us as very personable, attentive, and driven.

My initial impression, based strictly on terms and pricing, was that we would not get the results we were looking for in comparison to the other 2 candidates (easily 2x to 4x+ Nick's price). We were willing to pay significantly more to get the "right" end product.

In hindsight, my business partner and I would FULLY RECOMMEND Nick WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. We were both ecstatic with the process and final result.

Here is why:

- CUSTOMER FOCUS: Nick listens attentively and actively focuses on what the client is looking for
- DOMAIN EXPERT: we wanted a single, dynamic website that would be ideal for mobile tablet/phone and desktop consumption. Nick delivered and was very knowledgeable on the subject
- EFFICIENT: After sending a few samples of designs we liked and minimal back and forth meetings/email, we felt he understood our direction very clearly
- NOT PUSHY/MARRIED TO SPECIFIC DESIGN: remembers the client's wish is the objective and interjects with suggestions when appropriate (unlike some designers pushing you towards their preferences and strengths)
- PRICE - BEST AROUND. Got GREAT value here!!! Negotiated all-in total cost upfront. No surprises.
- TERMS - BEST AROUND. Strictly paid based on performance (pay if we like it and use it).
- TURNAROUND TIME: lightning quick with emails and new iterations. Unexpectedly quick mock-ups.
- FINISHING TOUCHES: toughest for developers to spend the time and effort on small typos, small last minute changes, etc., but very important for the client. I can see this being annoying for the developer. However, Nick was always on top of it and changes were done mostly same day without any complaint.

CONCLUSION: There was not one aspect that was even mediocre. I am certain that my business partner and I are about as particular as can be. It was a flawless experience. If you are a start-up (or even a large major firm,) you need to give Nick @ LLOBE a chance. You will be VERY PLEASED that you did!
