This platform is unlike any platform I’ve onboard and utilized! With my experience the conversations are much higher level than those from R%*#}^.com / Z*{{+ or other lead gen platforms I’ve invested in the past, including Agent/Lender ad-spend partnership. Targeting specific niche sectors are individuals who are willing/able to buy. Question, as always, is timeline and plan. But every buyer I’ve spoken to, with the exception of 2 or 3 from the 200 units generated have realistic expectations, and willingness to put in the work once the plan has been executed. In a short 2.5 month period we currently have 34 application starts, 19 contingently pre-approved, 23 pre-approved and 3 in contract. Not to mention the platform comes with a very well built and robust CRM, which I’ve integrated all my past database into, and created funnels for automated drips.
