LogoViz is a company that anyone who is online NEEDS AND WANTS TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR OFFERS.

I was trying to work with them on a website build that never was completed because THEY DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. This client I was working with CANCELLED their project because LogoViz could not deliver. In the end I had to refund their money and then proceeded to lose ALL OF THEIR Business along with the 3 referrals who proceeded to cancel our services.

Though I have requested on more than 3 occasions to remove me from their contact lists, they continue to reach out and try to SELL me their services.

DO NOT give these people $1! Total Scam.

They promised me an affordable website that would be a world class design, with amazing functionality....I GOT NOTHING! As soon as I paid them, the communication stopped. This is only after they tried selling me SEO and Video marketing while "supposedly" working on getting my site designed. Thankfully, they didn't sell/scam me on SEO or a video. After complaining and threatening to write to the Attorney General, they offered me an apology and full refund. Then (of course) he disappeared and never returned my calls or emails.
Then, NOW they want to work with me again!
The positive reviews are most likely fake. Check out the bad reviews...we ALL have the same story...Craig Anderson most likely doesn't exist (same guy I had a "Product Manager". Absolute scam....soon as you see they are calling, do yourself a favor and BLOCK them. Better luck to you than me!

They literally stole my money and wouldn’t deliver the files for my site after I had purchased it. Not small money either. Sadly, while they have the talent to do good work, they will fee you to death and actually barter with you. I paid for promotional t-shirts that were never delivered. They didn’t produce one of two videos promised. They blotched 1000 business cards and then wanted me to pay “reduced fee” to have them done again. Even though it was their error and card didn’t match proof. Filed complaint with BBB and they never responded. They are not member. I suspect they are shell company in USA and perform their work in another country, perhaps India. I recommend going with company in USA registered with the BBB.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The company I work for hired them months ago. By months I mean our website was supposed to be done July 2020, it is now Feb 2021 and we still don't even have a sample site, they have been avoiding our calls and ignoring our emails. They keep beating around the bush, every time we call they keep giving excuses, the reps that tell us they'll personally hand our case are flakey
and unresponsive. They never update us and at one point they even told us they had a security breech and lost all of our information. If you want someone to overcharge for a product they will never deliver, these are the guys for you. If you like getting scammed and treated terribly hire logoviz.

I first started talking with Craig Anderson of LogoViz on May 30, 2018. He told me he would be my personal product manger and he would be looking after my account and that the video would be completed in a maximum of 3 weeks after telling him I need it by the end of June. He quoted me one price for the explainer video I was interested in and then a week later asked me for more money After 2 months and one week I still did not get my explainer video only a few child like amateurish pictures which was supposed to be content for my video. After asking for a refund 3 times I eventually got my Bank and credit card company involved and asked if they could help me in getting my money back with a charge back. After speaking with a James Goodman in the billing department I managed to get my money back August 6. 2018. This company wasted my time and I have lost all confidence in this industry. I would give them no stars if I could. Take my advice stay away.

Do not use this company! They design your website they don’t do It in a timely manner and they are hard to get in contact with when they screw up or can’t figure something out. My website went live by them and all they said I would have to do is load my product. Turned out they integrated the wrong shipping tool. I don’t use UPS and I had made it clear I was going to use USPS. They screwed me over and til this day I have no shipping tool in cart. I messaged them to contact me for refund because my website is trash and I look like bad business now but they have disconnected one number and the other no answer. No one is even bothering contacting me. I checked my website and they tried to clean it up up integrating UPS again (which it’s not what I asked for). They are bad for business and bad at business. Bottom line don’t bother with these people. They will rob you

This company is a total scam. They are masterful at bait and switch. I hired them to make an explainer video and they did not produce it even after several months and rounds and rounds of false promises and excuses. It was promised to be completed in 2 weeks. Craig Anderson delayed constantly in his response to my messages and then blamed me. He promised a 100% money back guarantee and would not refund me when they did not produce. Worse yet, my credit card company, CHASE, did not refund me when I contested the charge through them! Craig Anderson lied and submitted blatantly altered documents to them, yet they believed him over me.

Similar complain Michael Colletti has (see below). He said : I asked for a website to be made a moth ago and after explaining i needed it up and running in 2 weeks the latest i was told no problem. After paying different fees for additions nothing is happening. Very frustrating to do business with them.

We are in same position paid invoices and extra fees but no website yet 👎🏻 LogoViz just sends a simple JPEG image as their “mock up” for our website redesign and they demand our approval? ....how stupid is that? Offering new services , fees here and there but no real website 🤪😬 3+ weeks waiting and sending instructions back and forth and today again another JPEG mock up, plus a nasty email denying refund. We are not fools, we are disputing charges with our bank, and blocking them from our old website control panel. Btw please never paid any LogoViz invoice in full until they delivered and you are 100% satisfied.
