I hired Lance and his team to redesign my website and complete SEO. I Paid half deposit upfront and was supposed to authorize the rough draft. Upon seeing the rough draft I was not satisfied with the results. He and his team did not even include my company name on the website, changed my logo without authorization, changed my company slogan without authorization, and the entire rough draft was something I could have done in an hour. My designed site was even better. After voicing my concerns Lance became insulting, belligerent and unprofessional. I am out $500 with nothing to show for my expense and gave him a chance to refund my money to no avail. I do not recommend this company.
