The Lucky supermarket at San Carlos has plenty of parking and a good selection of products . The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly. The only problem that I observed is the time one needs to stay in line for paying for his groceries. Despite of that, I recommend this store.

Their staff Janine was very rude! I went there to purchase lottery ticket. Janine was assisting another customer at the self checkout. I waited there quietly until she was available. Following is the conversation:
Me: "May I have someone to help me?"
Janine: "For what?"
Me: "I want to purchase lottery ticket."
Janine: "You can do that with the machine yourself."
Then she became very angry, pressing the keys on the keyboard like she wants to destroy it, pushing the cashier drawer to make a super noisy sound, eventually giving the ticket me without saying any word. Oh wow! I was amazed by her behavior!

If Janine hate her job and the polite customers, she can simply leave. I believe nobody forces her to work there. If someone forces her, she should call 911 immediately.

Great place! Has a good selection of various brands at good prices. Found the Ramune marble drink there though it was in the mexican/ boxed food aisle and not in the carbonated drinks aisle. Lots of selection when it ccmea to instant noodles and has a better price compared to other stores. Clean and organizes with ample parking.

Clean and well stocked but 1) they have NO frozen fish caught in the US. 2) there was a huge fly stuck in the fresh meat display flying and landing on fresh meat and then landing on seafood salad🤢🤮 3) if you buy cooked wings from the cafe area, they just put them bare naked into a paper bag. No decency to wrap first in foil or wax or anything. 4)The cashier handled the small paper bag with hot wings like it was a bag of M&M’s. Just kept slamming it on the scanner this way, that way because the UPC code wouldn’t scan. She gave zero phucks that that was my dinner she was slamming around. Needless to say when i got home that paper bag of unwrapped cooked wings had a long tear in it. The photo isn’t the tear. The photo is showing how the wings weren’t wrapped in foil or anything, just put straight in a paper bag.

One employee said he was new so not knowing much was ok. Another employee did not know how to correct the price. We bought 14 item, 4 sodas, 4 cans of sauce, 2 bags of chips, I jar and 1 meat. 6 items registered the higher price advertised. So I walked to the isle, took a picture and was told they had to be the same Coke. See the picture and decided for yourself. I did end up buying 4 Cokes

I was at a self checking cashier and needed some help but every one was too busy with their own gossip to even say " hi can we help you"
They were loud and obnoxious talking in Spanish oblivious of the needs of everyone around. That "Costumer Service " area is anything but Service oriented

Some things on sale have to adjust the price at the register and take a picture of tag everytime to prove the price. Even with picture they walk back to confirm the sale price. This happens 3 out of 4 times. What a dumb thing to do to the customer. Target does the same thing.
