Terrible customer service. I went to return a pair of pants. Ordered them online, tried them on at home and did not fit to my liking. Drove to the store and asked to return them. The employee VALERIE accused me of wearing them out and washing them and then trying to return them. She said, “I’ve been doing this a long time, I can tell.” I told her I didn’t wash them and the tags are all on, all I did was try them on once. I was confused and then very upset at her unprofessional and irrational behavior. I drove 30 min to return pants and then Valerie was accusing me of lying, giant waste of time. Do not go here, shop else where. Very unfortunate experience.

I had a great experience with Alia she definitely goes above and beyond trying to help me, she explained all the different pants type which I appreciate , she is very knowledgeable!, professional, patient and very friendly! Pretty small but then again that is what you expect for an outlet, in terms of variety they have a couple shirts and jeans for both genders although they are in a small amount. Overall 4 stars, did have friendly staff though.

Our of all the stores my son and I visited at Cabazon, this was by far the worst experience in customer service. I was barely acknowledged when I went to pay and when I questioned the price of an item not ringing up at 50% off like it should have, the gal just laughed and kept ringing.
There was no "thank you" at the end, nothing! It was just "your receipts in the bag". Attitude to the max! And when my son and I were walking towards the door the two sales girls just laughed.
This was around 3:15 on Sunday, November 4. Sales associate was Jaqueline Q.
