I kind of knew what I was looking for in a mattress but wasn’t sure which brand or style was going to get me closest to that ideal. Nicholas was available but gave me plenty of space to shop the store (I basically did laps and took a pit stop at each bed. A couple of times), which made the experience feel very low pressure. I narrowed my options down to three brands, in three price brackets. Nicholas didn’t try to push me into buying the most expensive one. Instead he gave me additional details that would help me make an informed decision that worked best for my needs. Nicholas and I swapped contact info, and I went to a couple of other places to see what else might be available. I found another mattress I liked a bit more, but it was more expensive. Honestly, I probably could have been talked into it, but the sales rep was following me around like a fly on 💩 (I literally asked him to give me some time to browse and told him that I’d let him know when I was ready to talk shop… which he completely ignored). I couldn’t wait to get out of there. At home, I did some online research of my own and made a decision. The following day I went back to Nicholas, who expressed his gratitude that I’d decided to make my purchase with him by tossing in a couple of little extras. In the end, I chose the most expensive of the original three and feel good about the purchase I made. I’m excited to get the new mattress in a couple of days and am looking forward to getting a better night’s rest from now on. Thank you for your help, Nicholas 😊

Jessie is the best! He is knowledgeable, not pushy, great advice for our needs in a mattress and friendly. Plenty of choices to try and not feel rushed. Greeted us with a smile each time. We narrowed our choice to 2, so we took a few days and went back and after trying those 2, we knew which one we wanted....Sterns & Foster. Mattress Firm can hold your choice till you are ready ( we will be moving, so they will hold it for us), try it for 4 months...if not our fit, it can be returned.....but I doubt we will need to do that.
If a top rating is a 5, we would give all answers 5. Definitely would recommend. Definitely a very satisfied customer. Totally worth driving a few extra mikes to Rohnert Park to have a great Salesman be so helpful.

Jessie was very knowledgeable, honest and a no pressure salesman. A pleasure to work with.

The installation was a different story. They were very much in a hurry, were unwilling to adjust the mattress and platform so that pillows (and a small child, for that matter) would not easily fall between the mattress and headboard. When I called, Jessie had heard he had recently resigned. Nick, I believe was his name. Had no interest in assisting my concern. Advised that the delivery guys were not responsible and that Nick did not want to continue repeating himself.

Jessie was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Never felt pressured to buy or like he was putting out a sales pitch. Just informative and really looking to find the bed most suited to you. We did our due diligence and went to a few mattress stores and found this to be the best experience and honestly the best price. Would come back for the next bed we need to purchase.
