Manager watched me pull up and locked the door 10 minutes early I understand it's thanks giving but your the only food place still open Thanksgiving is against my religion and I haven't eaten and to lock up technically 12 minutes early as I'm getting our of my car watching me do this then point to the sign that says 7pm at 648 pm that's rude and horrible customer service even for mcdinalds and really sad you act like yoit stoll getting minimum wage when your being paid better then first responders and health care providers should be happy and willing to like your job. The blonde Hispanic manager I know her becauee the other day they went through 5 things of I'm out of it after they took my money for another item they were out of.

They were very very slow. Got the orders mixed up half of the time. We waited almost 30mins for our order. Quite disappointing given that they know that it is a busy location especially in the morning. Probably an increase in staff to cover these areas would greatly help.

I gave 5 stars to the great customer service that was given in the drive thru. I asked for my order to be made fresh. It wasn't. They put a little fresh fries on top of old fries. The double cheeseburger was sloppily put together. Please do better by McDonald's and the owner of this company. Thank you.

Very open! Especially with the kids ha C ing a McDonald's Play Place! I thought they were ALL GONE!! And this was an EXTREMELY NICE example of one! The seating is perfect so parents can eat in peace, but still be able to keep track of their child at the same time because of the huge plexi glass wall! I also WAS REALLY impressed by their adoption of the nicer brand of restaurants' use of the number tagging the table and the employees being able to bring your food out to you! Which they did so gladly!!
I have NOT BEEN A FAN of the lack of an inside counter run by a human being! All praises are due to the mobile app and the ALWAYS READY AVAILABLE ordering kiosks,BUT... It had left a hole for me! The brand had lost something! So had "WE!" BUT, I'm telling you, these guys on yesterday's after-school shift had it down perfectly! Oh,I will be going again! And I do so recommend that you all out there in the REAL WORLD,.. WELL.."GET OFF YOUR BEHINDS,and DO THE SAME!!!"

We arrived we tryed order on the kiosk and i think it make it easier if the meals were numbered but we decided not to order on it went up to the cashier to order she stays she cant take our orde we HAVE TO USE KIOSK rude way we go back tried for fill our order then kiosk say we can't pay there we have to take our receipt and go pay at cashier make it make sense we decided to leave customer service was poor,drive thru is better

MCDonalds has this new system where you order your food at a kiosk. Jesus Christ, you need a masters degree to figure it out. After paying, God forbid you should forget to grab a “tent” and place it on your table, or the attendant (yes, they still have humans working there) won’t be able to bring you your food. If they start offering classes on how to find the item that you want, I’ll be back. And we know that won’t happen, so I’m done with Mcydy’s, except for road trips when there’s nothing else.

Claudia M. is an inspiration, the perfect Manager. She is professional, prompt, and she knows my daughter, family, and her McDonalds restaurant is clean. We drive from the next town nearly 40 minutes to dine for breakfast and often dinner because the burgers are delicious, the restaurant is very clean, and the play area is a favorite for all children in the community. Thank you for Claudia and her team at McDonalds near Sonoma State University.

Very rude and unhelpful woman managing the weekday evening shift, she was short with us and annoyed that we asked for additional clean trays or placemats to eat at a dirty table. We had to do their job of placing our order on a kiosk instead of at the register. Kiosks take much longer than a seasoned cashier taking orders, but they offer to stand there to assist folks on the kiosk, which nullifies any business benefit to not having a cashier. These modifications to the customer process arent logical and make zero sense, its not saving McDonald's any money when its actually significantly slowing the flow of incoming orders. They give the option of adjusting your order at the kiosk, no pickles etc, yet none of our special requests were honored and everything came as it does by standard. This is the first time in 2 years that I have bought McDonald's. This was the first time in over 15 years that I've eaten inside a McDonald's. My family was with me as our grandfather is dieing and we drove 30 mins out of the way because my neice wanted a happy meal. Will not be back again, not worth the price or the headache. Highly reccommend restaffing management at this location.
