I would like to thank the customer service Lady named Mary! She was working all by herself, and there were 5 people waiting, and the multi-tasking she was doing was more than impressive! Not only that, she was one of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet! How refreshing!

I went to the store trying to get my transfer I wanted to switch to a different company ….. they gave me the wrong transfer pin

I called the store I talk to Brenda to help me with the transfer pin on the Store she does not want to help me …. Customer service cannot send me the one time pin. They asked me to go to the store and she’s not trying to help me and she said there’s no Store can help you with the transfer pin. We don’t do it in the store.. no help. I don’t recommend this store at all. Worst customer service. I don’t know if she lie about the name. She said her name, Brenda, Worst customer service.

Very poor customer service. The lady there named Alexandria was very rude. I needed to replace a cord to their WiFi box. Which t mobile customer service told me to go back to where I purchased the box from and to have them replace. When i walked in store the lady already had an attitude. Told me she couldn’t replace the cord. And if I wanted to return the WiFi box. I would have to pay them 300 dollars to get a replacement WiFi box. When I just bought the WiFi box less than a month ago. Ridiculous I even had Metro t mobile customer service on the phone. And they heard her being rude and snotty attitude. The customer service guy on the phone felt so bad and apologized for her rude behavior. They gave me a credit on my bill. I’ll never step foot in this metro store again.

Brenda has helped solve complex problems several times over the years I've been with Metro. She is the reason I come to this store, above others. Having been a college teacher, I can attest she is bright, attentive, empathic, effective, and patient. She could be a teacher as well as a manager in any similar setting where customers come in with problems and she guides us to smart solutions, right on the spot. I always leave uplifted from her wise service.
