“Trish” assisted me during our visit. We paid 130$ for a “diagnosis” that does Not count towards labor. We had an issue with our A/C system blowing cold only at idle. They told me there was a restriction in the expansion valve. We paid over 500$ total for the repair. I got the car back and it was doing the EXACT same dang issue! I also immediately noticed poor workmanship on my plastic arrreal not being secured where they replaced the part.. I turned around and was back to the shop within 10 minutes and trish told me it is gonna be another 130$ to have it diagnosed again + whatever was actually wrong claiming their mechanic said it was working. this shop 3***ed me over 500$ getting my vehicle back in worse condition. DO NOT GO HERE HAPPENED 06/23/24 AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER.

Mister D's is one of the best auto mechanic shops I have ever been too. It all starts with Trish, she is kind and thorough and takes an account of all your concerns. A complete inventory is taking off what's wrong with your car, and they run everything through their systems to check on any recalls and to make sure they service everything properly according to your vehicle. For somebody who does not know much about cars it's nice to know you have an option that is trustworthy and you don't need to worry about being taken advantage of. Super grateful I was referred to Mister D's. They are simply the best. #NormalNotAllowed

Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon with a flat tire. Took care of it and I was back on the road without too much delay. Friendly and fair pricing. Manager was very helpful!

Thanks to this place for the amazing customer service in my family's time of need. Traveling down the I -15 with a spare was not fun... Front desk lady was a sweet heart in meeting my kids needs at our time there and giving them water and offering to change the tv when we were waiting for them to change our tires. The staff that put on the tires was so nice as well. Needless to say I made it home to LA with a peice of mind. Thank you!

We had a blowout on I15 while on vacation. Trish at Mr Ds was able to get us right in with the correct size tire. We have 18 inch tires, not so common. The waiting room is very nice with coffee, water, tv, and reading material. However we only had to wait 30 minutes.

Wouldn’t recommend for a specialty alignment. Stock alignments are probably fine. Recently installed aftermarket struts and an upper control arm with easy camber and caster adjustability. I asked for +3.5-4 of caster and told them my tow and camber were likely off. I asked to talk to the tech about it, but the quoter said she would relay it to the tech. I stood outside to try to watch, and because I thought they might want to know how to adjust the caster or camber on the aftermarket upper control arm. They just closed the garage door on me. They aligned the tow and camber but left the caster at +5.5. On the bright side it was 45 minutes. The downside is they could’ve taken a bit more time and discussed it with me more before charging $130 for 45 minutes of labor, to not get it right.
