Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They delivered my warranty item and waited until the last day of the window they had to deliver it. It sat on their dock for 7 days. It finally arrived, broken and damaged well beyond repair. Now they are contracted to pick it back up and return it, so that the original shipping company can send out a replacement, and they are once again waiting until the last day they have within the 72 hr window, to come by and pick it up. Find another company for your shipping needs. You will be sorely disappointed with MAF.

This company must be a sham. Low level employees and even lower level management.
If u ever get hit by one of their trucks, be sure to establish an attorney first. Because this companies insurance will give ur claim to a 3ard party company to take care of ur claim. And then a 4th......I've already lost my job because my car was parked in a restaurant and the driver dragged my car 2 spaces....don't use this company for anything..

If you can avoid having anything delivered by this company then avoid them like the plague. Instead of backing in or even pulling in my actual driveway they pulled along my main road, got my delivery out, and then told me they couldn’t pull it across my driveway because their pallet jack wouldn’t move. Overall, I will have to say my experience working with this company recently was very lackluster. I ordered a TV through amazon and it was shipped through this company. The drop of was a bit annoying as I had yo wait a week to have it delivered, although thats not out of the ordinary for such a large item. My problems started when I had tto have the item shipped back do to some quality issues. For a pickup, they do not have scheduled times only days. In be other words you are required to be available from 9-5 throughout the entire day for the driver to pickup your item. Secondly when I set up the appointment I was tood I would recieve a call 30 mins before the driver gets there. I scheduled it on Wednesday the first week and never heard from them. I had to wait until Thursday to set it up again cause i worked the rest of the week and they're closed on weekends. I called them minday and set up a pick-up for Wednesday or Thursday and still never heard from them. Again I waited until that next Monday to set up a pick-up for the 3rd week in a row and simply asked if there was anyway I could ensure I was going torece recieve a call, that is when the receptionist preceeded to tell me they had personally called and left voicemails for me. But I told them I didn't receive any. They just said welo we'll have a driver contacet you when they are 30 minutes out and hung up on me. Luckily later that day I did receive a call from the driver who was already in my apartment, not 30 minutes out. But the driver was very nice and professional and the only reason Im rating this two star instead of 1. He was very polite and got my item loaded and headed out no issues.

Working with MAF has been one of the worst experiences. They were supposed to pickup a return order. They picked up a portion of it and then while I'm holding my 1 week old child, they ran to the truck and drove away. I repeat, They ran away while I was holding my 7 day old child! Absolutely horrible. One member of their team did not look fit drive.

This company is a HORRIBLE!!! Unprofessional and late with deliveries. They deliver your items whenever they feel like. This company needs to go out of business!!! Do not have anything delivered from this company!!!
