Kenna did an exceptional job translating the elements I wanted for a tattoo into a piece of artwork I'm proud to have on my body. I have not had an experience getting a tattoo that was more pleasant than this one and I’ve had more than a few.

The studio itself is gorgeous, filled with plants, natural light-there was an aura of calm and ease from the moment you walk in. Rachel followed all COVID-19 protocols and was extremely professional and clean in that regard.

Rachel clearly communicates from start to finish, and genuinely cares about the process, its nuances and how to treat people with compassion and respect.

I don’t think people truly understand how special it is to get freehand tattoos from an artist-traditionally people use stencils as a reference-freehand is the journey/process of discovering through reference material or spontaneity, a unique design that’s drawn on your body and then tattooed, no stencil.

If you have ever had an experience getting a tattoo where you felt rushed, pressure to make a quick decision, anxious and generally shaky type experiences, you will NOT experience that here.

My only thought leaving the studio was when I would be back to see one of my favorite, most talented artists in Brooklyn, possibly the Milky Way galaxy.
