I don't know what happened to this laundromat. But it saddened me to see how dirty and unattended it was when I was there this morning. The few times I've been there, it was clean, and I was fine to sit inside. But this time, I couldn't. And the ceiling looked awful. I'm worried it may come down on someone. And I could also hear water dripping. I couldn't tell where it was dripping from, but I think it may be behind the bigger washing machine closest to the entrance. But I hope they fix the ceiling. People also need to do their part in picking up after themselves. Help keep the place clean and upkeep it. Do better. We're lucky enough to have a 24-hour laundromat in Rohnert Park.

Update: my clothes are all ruined! a month after my initial review i found myself back here hoping things had changed. Unfortunately they hadn't. Because of my schedule i had no choice and proceeded to wash and dry my clothes. When i returned home i noticed a mysterious spot on one of my shirts. Then after looking through all the items i washed i noticed that they are almost ALL ruined! There are oil/grease stains spotted on everything i washed. One machine was replaced with a counter but still half the machines were out.

3 out of 26 dryers out of service

I have come here on and off since the place opened and unfortunately it seems to be getting worse and worse over time. Used to be my go to laundry mat. Second star is only because it is 24 hours.

if going to a filthy laundromat at 3:00 a.m. is your thing then this is the kind of laundromat that is maybe for a more creative mind. it's like a combination between a David Lynch movie and some folks that are probably off of their meds always in attendance. if you're bored then by all means to your laundry here. if that's not your thing then you can always go to the one in Sebastopol with the girl that sits outside every single night and talks incessantly Non-Stop verbal diarrhea it's insane. but it's less crazy. crazy or crazy er? this choice would be the crazier of the two

Freaking awesome! Open 24 hours-clean environment -large washers and dryers - don’t need to rush-this is a great place because I can do my laundry whenever I want just like if I was at home. And don’t worry about ppl tweaking (so ridiculous) because we’re all just night owls avoiding the annoying daytime crowd lol

I literally just watched someone dig in the trash cans to steal empty bottles of laundry detergent so he can wash his clothes in the sink. This place is foul heading to a different laundromat to re wash my clothes right now

Good maintenance, the washers work and are good. Yes it is a small laundromat but it’s good enough. Only had a few issues with dryers not working properly or there always full since a lot of people come here now and then but over all it’s okay. Not bad if you plan on doing light laundry. Open 24 hours

They put in a new dryer that dries 8 loads at one time. I was given a free drying time of 42 minutes, spare time of 15 minutes went to another customer

Not sure why they are charging like 25% more than others in the area?

No AC. About 90-95 degrees in here.
