Visite la sucursal U-HAUL que está ubicada en 8004 SUDLEY RD, MANASSAS VA
En lo personal el señor que nos atendió a mi pareja y a mí, Es una persona déspota en todos los sentidos ninguna amabilidad hacia nosotros consideró que deben de ser muy selectivos al elegir el personal que estará atendiendo en sus sucursales U-HAUL. Una persona que esté al servicio del cliente debe de ser Amable y ser Paciente. Porqué la persona que llega no va a pedir a dicho lugar, va a solicitar un servicio que es pagado por ende tiene que recibir una buena atención. En las dos ocasiones que e solicitado el servicio de transporte el señor tiene el mismo comportamiento es totalmente desagradable.
Espero que prestes atención a los comentarios de los clientes.
