My Plastic Heart is smaller than I anticipated and the selections are limited but their blind boxes were reasonably priced compared to other shops. I am happy with my 3 purchases. It would be great if they offered an in-store pickup option on their website for those of us residing in the city.

My favorite figure/blind box store in NYC! Love the decor and the way everything is arranged. I’ve also stumbled upon their tables at conventions and the owners are always so friendly. Really appreciate the community they’ve created.

ive been going here for a few years now:) the staff is always friendly and they have so many options to choose from, plus you can trade with their display if you like one more than what you pulled! one instance i was very grateful for was i went to nyc for a concert and stopped by, i found a pretty big art figure and couldn't physically bring it into the venue, and the staff here was so friendly they shipped it for me 🙂 i love this store!

Managed to stop by on Christmas Eve. Shop was neat with a wide selection. Some items were low on stock, but no problem. The prices were very reasonable compared to many other shops and online.

This is a special fun spot for kids and adult. I've been comiing to MPH / Keith since their shop was in Manhattan. They offer many different designer and flagship toys, including kidrobot popmart etc. And they often host exhibits for designers which offer exposures for new artists. They offer blind box toys, and other bigger size collectibke figures in all means. Come check out their b&m or their online shop for upcoming release.

We were in the NYC for our honeymoon and noticed that the shop wasn't far away from our hotel.

I wanted to see the dumpster fire show that was available and luckily it was opened until the end of the weekend.

Showed up to the show and was not disappointed. The people inside greeted us and were very nice.

Good selection of toys and blind boxes for anyone. The dumpster fire exhibition was pretty awesome but alas most of the custom ones were already sold out.

Been shopping here for about 5-6 years now and love the staff and selection. I tend to order online for a pickup to accumulate points, but enjoy visiting their store to see their current exhibits of featured artists.
