My neighborhood napa I use on a monthly basis. Just gotta double check fit of parts if you end up w the lesser experienced at counter. Always bring old part in to compare. Manager is an awesome guy and takes care of anything needed for you.

I highly recommend Napa Auto Parts. My starter went bad in my truck and Aaron the manager warranted the lifetime starter from 2001. I put the reman starter in but unfortunately it did not work. I brought it back and Aaron asked if I would pay the difference for a brand new one which was only $12 more. I gladly said yes, and installed that one and it started right up! A big thank you to Aaron and Napa Auto parts for their customer service. I highly recommend Napa Auto Parts and am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Every time I have shopped at NAPA auto parts the staff has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have always been able to get the parts I need. Prices are a little cheaper elsewhere but the quality of parts and service are better.

Went in looking for a silicone removing wheel for aluminum parts. All three employees behind the counter were more interested in talking about their cars and never asked if I needed help. Left and will never return.
