Ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter from Micheal Kors. The gift came later than expected. And when I got the box it was damaged. Like something heavy was put on it and it went through the box. Didn’t think much of it because I paid extra money to have it gift wrapped. But that box as well was damaged. Gave my daughter the gift and she loved the wrapped box and was saying how she wanted to keep it, that was before she saw all the damage to it. I tried calling customer service but they said they could not just give me a box. What a disappointment, and it could have been prevented by not putting heavy items on top of light boxes. My daughter is very disappointed as am I.

Didn't receive my order, tried to reply to the email the company sent me saying my order was delivered, but it was returned to me as invalid email address. Called UPS and was told that the vendor is the best way to start a claim or issue a refund for the non-receipt, very disappointed in this experience.

It is impossible to reach a person about an order concern. The automated operator talks so slow and NEVER connects you. I wish I could give you zero stars for your slow deliveries and poor customer service. You are doing a terrible job.

This is a completely bogus company. I got an unsolicited email. In the email I clicked Delete My Pteferences and it asked me to confirm my email, then it asked for my phone number. It is a fraud. Stay away from this crap.

As a customer, the post purchase experience with Narvar is a nightmare. I've been unable to check order updates or shipping status - the email link is either broken, or the update says "processing" for days. One of the orders said "processing" and it had actually been delivered. How can you screw something so fundamental up when post purchase CX is your business model.

Didn't get something because they tried to use UPS to ship to a PO Box. When I tried to start a refund, one of the options was "I didn't receive the item" so I clicked on that, and it asked me to print a shipping label to return the item. If your own system says the item can't be delivered because you screwed up the shipping method you owe me a refund, full stop.
