They were extremely fast even though I was quoted 30 minutes, they were faster. They have a nice selection of screen protectors and phone cases. It was $110 to get the screen repaired for my IPhone 11. Totally recommend them for repairs.

The charger broke into my iPhone charger port and was unretrievable. I initially went to South Bay Mobile Repair who wanted $150 and two hours to replace the port but were unable to do it that day. We headed over to Nice Device who charged me $75 and took 45 minutes. It’s working great. We went next door and had some coffee , snacks and nice conversation at awesome Sacred Grounds and the phone was ready by the time we were done. Easy Peasy.

The charging port on my tablet was loose and would not charge.
Another competitor said I'd have to send it to the manufacturer. But Nice Device ordered a part and fixed it the next day at a reasonable price.

Just experienced Nice Device for first time today. Needed a new battery in my older Samsung Note. Talked with Johnathan about doing the job. He said had new a new battery in stock and It would take about an hour to complete the swap out. When I came back my phone was ready to go and its working perfect. After reading all the reviews on Google I firmly believe that the bad ones are probably done by the same person or their friends since most only have 1 or 2 past reviews which is a red flag for people that use hate reviews. From the time I walked into this nice store I was greeted by a family that made me more than comfortable to do business with them. Jonathan said the battery is guaranteed and If I notice any problems bring the phone back and he would replace the battery at no charge. I hope everyone that reads this review can see by my past reviews that I am pretty critical on the performance of places I review. Trust me this is a very well run family business that makes you feel welcome and explains what need to be done to your phone before you let them start repairs. Thank Johnathan and sisters for make a picky guy very happy with your service.

I had a rude experience. The whole staff was uninformed and unreliable. It didn’t seem that they knew what they were doing. It’s at your own risk type of repairs. They said all sales are final. I got my battery replaced when I got it back. It wouldn’t turn on. They replaced the part that said it was making the problem gave me the phone back and it continues to do the same thing. They were very combative and didn’t want to respond with kind words I walked out of the store. Because They were antagonizing the situation and making Rude mark among themselves. They somehow thought I wanted free repairs. At your own risk everyone!!!

Im local to San pedro and i just stumbled upon my New favorite Cell phone Repair store. I came in with a broken Note 10 which i hated forever because im an iPhone kind of guy. They helped me fix my phone so i can recover data and hooked me up with a reasonable priced iphone xmax. Im loving this phone now!! If youre looking for a phone Shop this guys are awesome!
