Due to the recent storms my car flooded. I didn't find out until after my car started growing mold. I called almost every detail company and I got nowhere. I called Shawn and he came out the same day. He worked diligently to remove all the water and mold. He did a fantastic job. My musty, nasty, car looks and smells new! He totally went above and beyond. I would totally recommend this company for any car needs. He is upfront and honest and let's you know what you can expect out of him.

Shawn was hired by our RV dealer to clean mold from the mattress and wall in our used Class C from a window leak that was not caught on the purchase inspection. He was respectful of our time and kept us informed of his travel progress so we wouldn't wonder when he would arrive. He was professional and explained the cleaning procedure patiently and was thorough in his work. We were worried about health issues from mold and feel better now and don't have to special order a new mattress and wait a long time for shipping. Shawn's manner was more like an old-fashioned service ethic that is rarely experienced anymore.

Is Shawn a good detailer? We’ll never know, as he doesn’t call or text back. Last Thursday I morning I called him and left him a message. A while later he texted me and said “I’ll call you in an hour.” 5 hours later he calls me, and said he might be able to get to me Friday or over the weekend. The next day I texted him to follow up. No response. Never heard from him over the weekend but I left him alone. Monday I follow up again. No response. Well it’s Tuesday now and still haven’t heard anything from him. Shawn is a poor communicator and defaulted on a verbal commitment. Is Shawn a good detailer? He might be, but he’s a poor businessman.

I called Shawn in a panic due to me getting sprayed by a skunk and my entire truck inside and bed COMPLETELY REAKED!!! He showed up at my house within an hour, worked his butt off and was able to remove a very severe case of skunk oil. I can't thank you enough! Your kindness, professionalism and hard work was super appreciated and will be referring Nor Cal Detail to everyone I know!!!

Shawn was incredible. Believe me I set the challenge on auto detailing! Every issue you could have, I had! Mold, junk, ick, goo, scratches, gross, nasty, dog hair, road warrior abuse. 30 states worth of road gunk from a military contractor. This man made two vehicles worthy of driving again. Thank you 🙏
