Do you ever walk out of a store and into a parking lot, but cannot find you car in the sea of all the other Gray, Black, White, and Red cars? Do you, like me, wish your car would stand out more? Well great news! Daniel and his team can fix that problem for you.

Daniel and I sat down together as we looked through many different color samples and looked up before and after images of similar jobs to help narrow down to my final choice. They kept me updated throughout the process, and it was done in only a few day. I dropped it off Monday, and had it back Thursday.

I was visiting Shreveport from Midland, TX attempting to complete an overdue project. The project required extensive vinyl wrapping which was going to be completed upon returning to west Texas, and would set the project back even further. We visited Certus Direct, and the Production Manger, Daniel Petruska, took a look at my design and said he could complete the project for us the next day. He found time in his schedule, printed our graphics and applied them the next day, to his word. Not only did he save us and helped us recoup some lost project time, but the work was amazing. I would gladly make the 520 mile trip again to have Daniel do more work for my company.

I got a banner retractable banner from these guys. They were able to take my Band's logo and fulfilled instructions I gave them. After some time, I lost the caps that keep the banner from retracting all the way back into it's housing, in which, I no longer could use the banner. Brought it back to them, and even though they don't repair banners, they took the time to open it up and fix the situation for me. In a world where customer service is at an all time low unless you're offering tons of cash, they took initiative and I am a completely satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend and be back for more products and service!
