The best customer service! Got helped by a wonderful and very friendly and knowledgeable young man named Angel. He let me know of everything he was doing and why and offered improvements to my car. As a female I don’t know much at all about cars however he provided a great service. Every set of the way I was notified of what he was doing to cancel out any doubt that he could be doing something I didn’t ask for which helped establish trust when I’ve never been there before. I believe a girl named Diana also helped me along with another man under my car who I don’t know the name of. All were so great! Would 100% return and recommend to anyone in need of an oil change or a car wash

I always come here for an oil change, and I love how fast and efficient they are. The line can be long, but as anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and polite. They explain every step of the process, offer recommendations, but never push anything on you. Plus, you get to choose a complimentary water or soda, and I’ve always received a free car wash after my oil change.

I am over the top appreciative for the service provided on 12/11/2024. Very professional, helpful, knowable, kind, respectful. I was in and out without a long wait time. I drove off feeling very completely satisfied . I will recommend and return to only this oil stop- Rohnert Park next to Chick-fil-A. I can’t say I have had this supreme service at other oil service companies. I wish I could remember the names of the service providers that helped me - please reward them for their service well done, seriously if you would! They are absolutely a prime example of a job well done! Thank you

The last few times I went here was awhile ago, I was not happy with the finish. It has been at least a year so I tried again, I paid $40 for the wash when I got to my truck the trim had not been done, the running boards still had dirt all over them then I looked inside and they didn't wipe anything down except the dash. I showed a worker there what they missed (pretty much everything) and he went through it again but still was dirty but I didn't want to repeat myself. They didn't remove my mats to vacuum and it looks like they just dumped water and pushed it around on the mats and didn't dry them and they are still dirty. I don't think they even touched my rims, they have crap all over them still. If you are going to charge $40 to clean a vehicle it should be clean I shouldn't have to tell them how to do their job and if your going to look at me like you are expecting a tip when I hand the claim ticket to you, you better do your job.

Oil Stop in Rohnert Park was great! They were quick and efficient. They recommended different services that my vehicle should be receiving based on the mileage but if I declined any service they didn't pressure me. I will definitely be returning for the other recommended services soon!

Excellent service and amazing staff. I think Oil Stop is a great company. Been a customer for many years. Have only been to the RP location a few times as I usually go to Petaluma. That said, I was very impressed with the RP staff and will gladly come again when convenient. Thank you for the great service!

I love this Oilstop! I have three corgis and everyone there is nice to them. The service is quick and professional. The price is great too! I really enjoyed meeting the manager....everyone there treats you like you are royality.
