Were currently dealing with this company for a website and they're trying to squeeze more money out of us. They've deactivated our site and put up this fake security notice until we give them more money. I know its fake and they're scamming us because its the same notice even if you switch browsers and none of the links take you anywhere.

This business is a total scam. I can't begin to tell you all the ways they scammed our small outpatient mental health practice. Please please if you are reading this absolutely do not hire them to create and maintain your companies website. After several issues with ODA we decided to move on to a new web designer. I have been trying to get in touch with ODA for months to give us our domain name back. They now blocked our company from contacting them. Before we were blocked we were told several times we would receive a call back but never did. They also use fake names, when you have a problem with one of them they change there name. Its so incredibly frustrating!!!

I have personally been working with Sam Jones and Alan Fernandez since March on a rather large database project. I can confidently say the end result is something our company is very proud of and will use for years to come.
These guys are great at what they do. This database isn't a throw-it-together and call it a day job. It stores tens of thousands of customers' information while allowing us easier communication and tracking of orders, which in return will save thousands of hours of labor in the long run. They truly have done a great job. Thanks guys!

Decided to go with the company for my website design and the experience has been nothing but disappointing. Firstly, ever call lead to additional charges of $1k here and another $2k there. Even after being told there would be no further charges they continued to ask for thousands more dollars until I asked for a refund. We are now two weeks past the given deadline and now no one will return my calls or emails in over a week. We are no closer to a completed website than we were over a month ago. I still do not have a completed website and I am out over $3k. I DO NOT recommend.

Update to this review- after another month+ I STILL not not have a website. They refused any sort of refund and blamed me for the delay. Run from this company! It’s the worst decision I’ve made! I hired a new company and they completed the job in 3 weeks- while I was still waiting for Orbits. If it was my fault, how was the other company able to complete the job so quickly?

I was looking for my initial feedback to delete it as I felt that time I was forced to give feedback knowing my project will end up well and as desired.
Unfortunately after putting so much of my earnings on the project I was working with them, I ended up with no projet at all. This called “ orbit design agency” can be called “ SCAM agency as well!
I requested for my reimbursement as it is a case of UNDELIVERED PRODUCT, they told me NO YOU CAN’T HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK.
So, you all working hard to earn your cash don’t lose it here.

UPDATE - the COMPANY belows comment should exemplify just how bad this “company” is with customer service. First off, I wasn’t building an app, we were working on a website, I gave literally everything I needed to within a day of each communication we had.

I wasn’t “squeezing” anyone on a time constraint, but the pure fact this companies rebuttal is; “sorry, but” and followed up with absolute lies is just crazy. THEY DID NOT REFUND ME- I AM STILL OUT 6645 DOLLARS!!!
The last time I called them asking for update they said “oh ya- we can build you a website but the merchant has closed which means we can’t repay you” when I asked them to send me this bogus explanation in an email, they refused.

This company is the worst-

My experience with this company has been absolutely horrid.

I purchased all the upgrades in good faith that they would deliver. But they didn’t, everything took forever to do, we would talk about needs I would purchase the upgrade for that then all of a sudden I needed to pay for something extra because blah blah blah. Finally I was getting annoyed at the lack of progress that was occurring in addition to the misspellings and simple errors that I would consistently catch on the little that was actually worked in on my project.
I finally said forget it, I want a refund. This was in March, they still owe me $6645.00 in refund and the last excuse I got was that their merchant is blocking the transaction- and to hold tight… after more than 4 month of me consistently calling and emailing and patiently waiting for my refund. Still nothing yet. Do yourself a huge favor and pick another web creator !!

Writing this in hopes of preventing anyone else from losing their hard earned money. I have very little knowledge of web design, which is why I chose to hire professionals to help me put together a website for my photography business. Not knowing any better I trusted all of the fake good reviews online and chose their company. The salesman was charismatic, easy to understand helpful, very persuasive and reassuring about how Orbit Design Agency was a one-time fee, One stop shop place for my website. He also again and again reminded me if I'm not happy there's a 100% satisfaction guarantee money back without questions.
Then I was sent to the actual team first email contact was from Sam Jones who seemed very professional however I must not have been important enough customer for him or not expensive enough client, because he handed me off to a man named David Morgan. This man is a pushy, rude sale shark. All he did was try to confuse me about what needed to be done and constantly try to get me to pay more money and more money and more money while no work was really being done. And then he would constantly make me feel as if it was my fault that we weren't progressing with the website. His bully tactics honestly made me feel as if I were stupid. All of the up sales were outrageously overpriced we're talking $700 for a copywriter to write content which he tried to make me believe I couldn't do myself because Google wouldn't accept it because of some sort of algorithm completely confusing me, he knew I had no knowledge of this business. Next I was told by him and then his boss Joe Wilson who apparently is completely pretending to care about his customers, told me that I needed a dedicated server which was like $499 or my site would be too slow. Assuring me that would be the last cost. After speaking to other web designers who were not trying to sell me a website. I am told several times that a small photography business based out of rural Oklahoma does not need a dedicated server. I was lied to my money was taken. I was made to feel stupid and bullied. Not to mention the photography that I sent them, to put on to my site which never even came close to being done, has not been returned to me now Joe Wilson will not answer my text calls or emails. I'm forced to take action with the consumer fraud protection Agency, file local police reports and reports thru attorney general of Oklahoma and California. Not to mention my Banks fees for pursuing their legal action on my behalf. I spoke with Joe Wilson over a month ago and told him I really had no hard feelings, I just wanted my money back, no bad reviews. I was not going to have anything to say about the whole situation because honestly I'm just traumatized from the whole experience. I definitely feel like the fact that I'm a woman was a huge factor in how these guys at this company felt so at ease in taking advantage of my lack of web design knowledge. To all the women out there I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company. Sam Jones, David Morgan, Joe Wilson, I can personally say that none them upheld their end of the business agreement. As of now no one will answer my calls have not been even remotely close to getting any of my money back. I'm a small business just getting started. I am a mother of two ,trying to get my dream off the ground and these guys stole my seed money, the money I needed to grow my business into something that could help give my kids a real future. I hope they are ashamed and I don't understand why such a thriving company couldn't give back that much money, when they know they did not uphold their end. I'm absolutely heartbroken, I should be mad but I can't help but feel anything but sadness for a working mom that amount of money is not easy to come by. Without a refund I doubt I will be able to get a website and possibly not be able to continue my business at all.

Orbit design was done an outstanding job! They have gotten a fairl;y complex web site done in less than 3 week. They have responded immediately each day as we have worked through adding pages and content. Peter who has been our contact, has been very professional, friendly and prompt. He also knows what he is doing which really helps!!
