Would recommend going here. Especially when that cocky employee that works the night shift is there. Everything is over priced. The commercial side of the store everyone is fantastic! Paul is a gentleman who loves to help anyone he can

They are very helpful and not cocky, so far. I stopped shopping at Auto Zone because they were giving me the wrong parts. I started shopping here and haven't been disappointed yet.. I work on different types of vehicles, and my shop is off grid, so it is a very big inconvenience to have to exchange parts. It is hard to find parts vendors that listen. I don't expect a clerk to know the hundreds of vehicle makes and models. However, I expect them to find the correct parts using the tools that are available to them and to list to the customer. That is what O'Reilly auto parts did for me and after 3 successfully repaired vehicles later.. So far so good. Thank you O'Reilly Auto parts in Taylor Arizona.

When will they get rid of Richard. He is so rude to customers. He don’t do anything but play on his phone. If he isn’t on his phone he hides out in the back. When he answers the phone, honestly he is rude. He sells the wrong parts. He doesn’t help out customers unless the boss is there. He downgrades his fellow workers. Get rid of him and u will have better outcome.

Five stars because of the Jeep. They have helped me on my Jeep each steep of the way. I will be going back for them. Thank you.
Sadly I am updating my review, Mary is not longer there and it shows. I am still buying parts but that outsanding customer service I once received is not there. The majority of the repersentitives only do the bare minimum: as if they have not love for cars.
You will be missed, Mary.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store seemed clean and organized. My muffler broke, and all they had were pretty loud aftermarket mufflers. It did get me back on the road, though. The manager was very helpful.

Was just at O'Reilly's to have my car metered. Christina found that I have to replace my fuel pump because it has a small leak. So grateful for her help. She's the best.

I went in to buy windshield wipers, and the young man came out and changed them in the rain.

When I drove up to O Reilys Auto Parts. I asked Travis if he could put his meter on my car that shoots out codes of problems of my car. Travis did and his meter read out that my car engine is running to lean. We looked and a large rubber hose that goes into the intake was cracked in several places. So Travis ordered the part and he said that should solve the problem because with all those cracks in the hose was letting too much air into the intake making it run too lean. I thanked Travis for taking the time in solving my problem so quickly. And I'm sure he is correct. Because he showed me the large cracks in the hose when we looked at the hose. A big thanks to Travis.
